Michaela Mohr
Michaela is ASSET Aviation's Global Programs Manager, developing and marketing strategic company initiatives. She is an experienced specialist in organisational culture and change and works with our clients to help them understand the obstacles to change within their organisation and how to improve their culture to achieve greater levels of safety and efficiency.
Michaela has worked in consultancy and in some of Australia's and the world's largest and best-known organisations. She has been a strategic advisor to corporate CEOs and Board Directors on issues management, reputation management, lobbying, financial reporting and AGMs, branding and marketing, and cultural change.
Michaela has also managed large-scale customer service programs, software and web development, film projects, fundraising and social awareness campaigns, and market development projects.
Michaela's diverse career has seen her work in sectors such as Aviation, Mining and Resources, Telecommunications, Finance and Insurance, FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), Government, Not-For-Profit, and Professional Services. She began her career as a major metropolitan journalist in Sydney.
