ENVIRONMENT
ASSET Aviation is committed to environmental responsibility in all of its business activities. ASSET has formal policies designed to provide a safe and healthful workplace, protect the environment and conserve energy and natural resources:
- To provide a safe and healthful workplace and ensure that personnel are properly trained and have appropriate safety and emergency equipment
- To be an environmentally responsible neighbour in the communities where we operate, and act promptly and responsibly to correct incidents or conditions that endanger health, safety or the environment
- To conserve natural resources by reusing and recycling materials, purchasing recycled materials and using recycled packaging and other materials where practicable
- To develop and market products that are safe for their intended use, efficient in their use of energy, protective of the environment
- To use processes that do not adversely affect the environment
- To ensure the responsible use of energy throughout our business
- To participate in efforts to improve environmental protection and understanding around the world
- To meet or exceed all applicable government requirements and voluntary requirements to which ASSET subscribes, and to adhere to stringent requirements of our own no matter where in the world the company does business
- To strive to continually improve the ASSET Aviation management system and performance
- To conduct audits and self-assessments of ASSET’s compliance with this policy, measure progress of ASSET’s environmental performance and report periodically to the CEO.
