A resources company approached ASSET to design and deliver specialist training to company Managers responsible for the management of their aviation programs.
ASSET Aviation:
- Developed the customised training syllabus for the managers, taking into account the unique operating requirements, policies and procedures
- Delivered a specialised course in Advanced Aviation Contract Management
FLEET CONVERSION TRAINING PROGRAM DESIGN - RUSSIA, Malaysia, Switzerland 2008/2011
A high-capacity Russian airline had purchased Western aircraft (Airbus) for the first time. Prior to this, they had been operating legacy Russian aircraft. They asked ASSET Aviation to manage the transition of their Russian pilots to the Airbus A320 and, later, the A330.
ASSET Aviation:
- Developed customised training syllabus for the pilots, taking into account the unique culture, language and flying experience of the pilots
- Negotiated training contracts and teaching of specialised syllabus with a training centre and managed contractual issues throughout the training periods
- Organised and hosted Russian authorities to approve the training centre and the revised syllabus
- Managed the day-to-day logistics for the pilots who needed to travel internationally to undergo their Transition Training, including visas, accommodation, transport
- Developed and delivered specialised Aviation English training to prepare pilots for the Transition Training
- Sourced, developed and managed a Line Training program for the newly transitioned pilots both for the A320 and the A330
- Developed and implemented a Check and Training Captain training program
- Managed A330 Refresher training
- Managed and implemented a tailored Safety and Emergency Procedures program for the pilots (SEP)
LOFT Instructor PROGRAM DESIGN - RUSSIA 2007
A Russian University in cooperation with four large Russian carriers approached ASSET to design and deliver specialist training to Airline Training Managers in LOFT program design. They asked ASSET Aviation to design a course to meet local regulatory requirements whilst delivering up-to-date information in the principles of LOFT and cyclical pilot training.
ASSET Aviation:
- Developed the customised training syllabus for the pilots, taking into account the unique culture, language and flying experience
- Delivered specialised course in LOFT design and management to Airline Training managers, University lecturers and Russian Aerospace Human factors specialists
