Our experience as Auditors, and as operational staff in major airlines and business aviation, has allowed us to observe and analyse the operations of many airlines and operators around the world.  We have seen the best and worst of Maintenance System Design and we bring those learnings to the operations of our client.  We also understand that no two Systems are the same and that generic, or off-the-shelf systems, are not a viable solution for efficient and cost-effective operations.

ASSET will train your employees in the new system so that implementation on a day-to-day basis is effective and trouble-free, minimising or negating reliance on external consultants.

ASSET can undertake periodic reviews of the System to ensure that it is working appropriately in your organisation, undertake full Audits, or update the Maintenance System over time to reflect changes to regulations, procedures, technology or the organisation.

Flight Data Monitoring

ASSET Aviation can also install Flight Data Monitoring Systems which will allow a proactive approach to detecting maintenance and performance issues on aircraft well before they can become hazards.  ASSET is able to remotely analyse the results of the monitoring for operators (including Root Cause Analysis) and provide recommendations and corrective action implementation plans when necessary.
