Custom SMS

Our experience as Auditors, and as operational staff in major airlines and business aviation, has allowed us to observe and analyse the operations of many air operators around the world.  We have seen the best and worst of Safety Management System Design and we bring those learnings to our clients.  We also understand that no two systems are the same and that generic, or off-the-shelf systems, are not a viable solution for efficient and cost-effective operations.

ASSET will train your employees in the new system so that implementation on a day-to-day basis is seamless and minimises or negates reliance on external consultants.

ASSET is available to provide ongoing support for your SMS, including periodic reviews or an Audit to ensure that the SMS is effective for you and/or is being implemented correctly. We can also adjust the SMS to reflect changes in your operations as they occur.

Flight Data Monitoring

ASSET Aviation can also install Flight Data Monitoring Systems which will allow a proactive approach to detecting safety and performance issues well before they become hazards or an incident is investigated.  ASSET is able to remotely analyse the results of the monitoring for operators (including Root Cause Analysis) and provide recommendations and corrective action plans when necessary.
