ASSET TCU was contracted by a resources consortium to provide advice on the development and assessment of an aviation tender for a large charter operation to their remote mining operations. ASSET Aviation’s TCU:
· Advised on tender parameters
· Advised on aircraft type suitability for the specific flying operations
· Advised on suitable operators to approach for pre-qualification
· Developed Pre-Qualification Questionnaires
· Developed Evaluation Matrices for the RFQ
· Participated and provided advice in evaluation sessions for the RFQ
· Drafted the Scope of Works and Technical Specifications which form the basis of the contract
· Reviewed the contract template
· Developed most of the Request for Proposal tender documentation
· Participated in the Evaluation process for RFP
