ASSET TCU was contracted by a Resources consortium to provide advice on the development and assessment of an aviation tender for a large fly-in fly-out (FIFO) charter operation to their remote mining sites. ASSET Aviation:
- Advised on tender parameters
- Advised on aircraft type suitability for the specific flying operations
- Advised on suitable operators to approach for pre-qualification
- Developed Pre-Qualification Questionnaires
- Developed Evaluation Matrices for the RFQ
- Participated and provided advice in evaluation sessions for the RFQ
- Drafted the Scope of Works and Technical Specifications that form the basis of the contract
- Reviewed the contract template
- Developed most of the Request for Proposal tender documentation.
